Current Data Submission Period
Detailed instructions on how to submit institutional data to the Center for Data Collection and Analysis are found in the Data Submission Guides available below. Each institution will be submitting four separate data files during this fall’s data submission period. One will be a new student file containing data on all new students entering the institution during the 2008-09 academic year. The second, third, and fourth files will contain update data on the group of students submitted prior years as part of the 2005-06, 2006-07, and 2007-08 College Sports Project cohorts for your institution.
All files should be submitted to the CDCA as tab-delimited .txt files. Institutional contacts can login into our secure data transfer site using their same credentials as last year.
